I can setup accounts, turn on the features I need in minutes rather than waiting for an IP to come through and then go and setup the account. So that alone is a huge time-saver for me.
More importantly everything just works -- I have no other way to describe this but with my previous host email pops and forwards were always iffy and I spent a lot of time re-setting them or calling support. As I don't have to do that anymore it is another huge time saving which literally means higher profit for me and I would guess less stress as well.
