account (Silver) comes with a very generous allowance of 5,000 MB of space. Believe it or
not, the average website on the Internet is only about 20MB. So if you have small sites of
20MB or less you can host well over 100 domains quite easily (you need to allow some space
for mail and databases). |

is the difference between domains and "accounts" in your H-Sphere reseller
plans? |

advantages of the H-Sphere CP compared to others is the ability to host multiple domains
within each end user control panel. An "account" in H-Sphere terminology means
one control panel user. As a Reseller you can allow each of your customers to have
multiple domains under their one "account." This means more revenue for you and
gives you a competitive advantage over hosts that offer control panels that only handle
one domain per CP. |

addition to our standard 24x7 technical support, we offer a free telephone
"walk-through" of the H-Sphere system to help you get up and running and use it
to your full advantage. You will be contacted by an Account Manager to arrange this after

| Do you provide direct technical support to my

add-on service, but not as part of the standard packages. You can add direct end user
support for as little as $2.50 per domain. We will then answer all support tickets

to add them in your Reseller CP per our instructions, and then register them at your
Registrar (there will be no charge for that). Once done, your own nameservers
(ns1.yourdomain, ns2.yourdomain.com) will appear in whois lookups for all your customer
domains. |
| Do you provide restores from backup? |

| We conduct full
weekly backups and daily incrementals. If a customer accidently deletes their content and
does not have a backup we can restore it but minimum charges do apply. |
| If my business expands can I
upgrade automatically to a larger plan? |

always upgrade from our starter package all the way through our Diamond package
automatically and instantly. You can upgrade yourself from your Reseller CP. |
