You can handle all your accounts from one place. H-Sphere control panel provides a comprehensive web interface to manage all your plans, accounts, and settings.

Intuitive Plan Wizards

H-Sphere wizards will help you to create and edit hosting plans step by step. They make it easy to add or remove resources, set or edit prices, and configure other plan parameters.

Integrated Support Center

Customers can report their problems without leaving their control panel. Incoming trouble tickets can be assigned to different tech support members:

Multiple Skins For Users

Customers can choose between multiple skins, three coming by default:
- with an unfolding navigation menu,
- with icon-based navigation,
- with text-based navigation.

Multiple Accounts Per One User

H-Sphere provides a three-tier system of accounts. The first tier is the user, which corresponds to a Unix or Windows account. The second tier is the account proper; this is what counts when you pay for H-Sphere licenses. One user can have several accounts, which allows a user to subscribe both to a Windows plan and to a Unix plan. The third tier is the domain, which corresponds to one site. A user can host several sites within one account.

Ability to change account settings

From their control panels, users can change their plan, billing period, billing profile, disk quota and traffic.

User friendly invoice format

The readability of user invoices has been significantly improved. Invoices contain explanations to almost every item they are charged for.

Complete set of web hosting tools

User control panel comes with a complete range of tools a customer may need to create, configure, launch, and promote a website. These include:
- a website builder;
- a web-based file manager;
- a password protection utility;
- website registration with major search engines;
- web statistics analyzers

MySQL, MS SQL and PostgreSQL hosting

Users can create and manage databases on your server from any computer with internet connection. Access to the databases can be shared with other internet users, each with a different set of permissions for every database.

Sub-domains with functionalities of regular domains

Subdomains in H-Sphere are as powerful as regular domains. They support the same services and can be hosted on dedicated IPs.

Shared FTP Access (Virtual FTP and FTP sub-accounts)

Users can share access to their home directory with friends, relatives and colleagues. Permissions to each directory can be configured individually for every FTP user.

Anonymous FTP

H-Sphere also allows for anonymous FTP access to individual directories. This comes handy when a user chooses to allow unrestricted access to certain files using FTP connection.

Error Document management

H-Sphere significantly simplifies the procedure of creating and configuring HTML error documents that are shown to internet visitors when a page fails to be found or to be displayed correctly.

Shared SSL support

You can install one shared SSL certificate to secure all your customers with third level domains. Certificates are installed through the control panel web interface.

CGI Script Manager

Users can install and uninstall generic CGI scripts in their accounts with a single mouse click in the control panel.

Miva and OsCommerce Shopping Cart support

When creating an online store, users can choose between a commercial solution (Miva) or a freeware product (OsCommerce). Importantly, H-Sphere reuses Miva licenses, which means you don't pay for what you are not using!
