Control Content Sent To Your Clients - For resellers that would like to have their system remind users of expiring domain names, hosting account billing, and resource usage issues, you can amend the text of various messages to suit you simply by editing the default message templates

Fully Integrated Support Ticketing - From time to time your customers will have questions so you want to make it easy for them to submit their questions in a way that is easy for you to manage. Your system can allow them to either submit a ticket from their branded control panel or by simply emailing a support email address (e.g.    support@yourdomain.com). Your system will automatically open a support ticket with a unique tracking reference, send an acknowledgement to your client, alert you to the new request, and input all details into your support database. Everything will be performed in your company name of course.
